- Is HelpMate Australia a registered NDIS provider?
- Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider who is reliable and trusted leaders in Australia’s healthcare community service sector, and we deliver supports in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
- Which NDIS supports can HelpMate Australia deliver?
- We deliver transport, household tasks, community participation, supported independent living, daily personal activities, specialist support coordination, community nursing care, specialist disability accommodation, positive behavior support, and high-intensity daily personal activities.
- How do I start with HelpMate Australia?
- Contact us with your plan details and the supports you are looking for. We will talk through your goals, confirm availability in your area, and put an agreed plan of supports in place before services begin.
- Can support coordinators refer a participant directly?
- Yes. Registered NDIA coordinators who prepare NDIS plans for participants, and other larger NDIS service providers in Australia, can refer directly through our contact page.
- Do you support participants with complex clinical needs?
- Yes. HelpMate Australia has extensive experience in dealing with participants with a wide range of complex conditions, including stoma care, ventilation management, pressure management, urinary catheter management, tracheostomy care, complex bowel care, and nasogastric feeding and management.
- How is my plan funded support arranged?
- We work with agency-managed, plan-managed and self-managed participants. We confirm your funding arrangement before supports start so invoicing matches your plan.
- What areas do you service?
- We service Melbourne and surrounding suburbs, and we also support participants living in remote and rural areas.
- How do I make a complaint?
- You can raise a concern with us at any time and it will not affect your supports. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission directly at any point.
