We provide active and expert support to clients partaking in community, social, and civic activities. This service includes helping clients develop the ability to partake in these activities and providing active support during these activities. We help our clients enjoy the outdoors, exercise, and connect with their community.
How this support is delivered
We agree the supports with you before they begin, match you with workers who hold current NDIS Worker Screening clearance, and review the arrangement with you as your needs change. Supports are delivered in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the NDIS Code of Conduct.
